Christine Richie
Chief Financial Officer
Mrs. Richie joined the company in June of 2009.  Mrs. Richie is an accomplished accountant with over 20 years of experience. In her previous roles she has been successful in leading accounting teams in public accounting with a special emphasis in Corporate Tax and Audit.
Mrs. Richie is a graduate of the University of North Florida with a BBA in Accounting.

Shawna Ritchie
National Director of Clinical Services
Ms. Ritchie was appointed National Director of Clinical Services in January 2007. Prior to her promotion, Ms. Ritchie served in many clinical capacities for the company including Administrator of our Louisville Center, and Clinical Coordinator of our Covington Center. Ms. Ritchie is a Registered Sleep Technologist.

Alexander Shafizadeh
Chief Technology Engineer, Star Networx
Mr. Shafizadeh's Company, Star Networx, was contracted to provide IT services to American Sleep Medicine since the inception of the organization in 2002. Mr. Shafizadeh is the original architect of the innovative network and systems used by ASM.

Ronald J. Ecken
Ecken and Smith, P.S.C., Certified Public Accountants
Mr. Ecken and his organization have been contracted to provide tax and management advisory services to American Sleep Medicine (ASM) since the inception of the company. Mr. Ecken has over twenty five years of experience in providing services similar to those provided to ASM.
